To my kids!
It is the greatest reward in the world of motherhood, when your kids turn into adult friends. All the years of rebellion, whining, crying....just melt away. For all of you out there who are going thru the trials and tribulations of "the teenage years", just keep up with the discipline and love. I assure you it pays off sooner than you think. My daughter turned out to be a beautiful young wife and mother, and one of my best friends. My son has grown up to be a maturing, responsible young man who actually asks for my advice. I love my kids so much, and really enjoy spending every minute possible with them. Thanks, C and T for hanging in there with me too. I love you both very much! Mom

Awwwww, how sweet. It's the perfect thing for me to hear right now - with a 17 year old who will most probably kill me or her dad before it's all over. :)
You are so right!! My 25 and 26 year olds are a joy to be around.
