Estian needlework

I've been enthralled with applique and needlework lately. I love all of the tiny details and intricacy of it. Even when I paint, I tend to detail things. I've never been able to do light sweeping strokes with a brush. There is something about detailing that completely pulls you into your work, like nothing around you exists!
